Saturday, May 10, 2008- Today is quite an accomplishment. I finished 4-5 km of jogging and running. Finished 2.4km in around 8 min. I'm still trying to go further, hoping that I can at least run fast for my 2.4km.
After that, I did around 150m of walking lunges and did side running. That made me even more tired, especially when i did the walking lunges a few min after running.
I found out that I tend to get dehydrated very easily these days. Perhaps its because of the stuffs I use to heal the wound on my neck and weight-gaining. And, haha, I planned to start training to around weeks after I heal. And, it will be in the stadium!
I better heal very quickly, hope i just need 24 hours.
